A little about me...
Not so long ago I was the person you might be right now: high achieving, exhausted and truly wondering if that was really "it". I had the London life, the career and the populated CV that spoke for me, but I was burning from the inside out. So I did the scary thing... I left. I returned home to Luxembourg, slowed all the way down and started building a life that felt truly mine.
Yoga and ceramics had been in my life for a while but it was when I took the leap that I finally let them in, to help me reconnect with my body and mind. Yoga taught me to listen instead of push, to soften instead of force and to come back, again and again, as many times as needed without judging for drifting away in the first place. Ceramics taught me patience. That you can't grip too hard or attach yourself too tightly to outcomes. That, sometimes, you might not end up with what you envisioned, but you can always break down and start over. Again and again and again.
After completing my 200HR YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in Bali, Indonesia, I started teaching Vinyasa yoga across Luxembourg, currently at House of Om, The Space & OMONIA. My ceramics journey began in East London with wheel-throwing courses and currently continues on at the Arlon Fine Arts Academy where I'm deepening my knowledge on clay, glazes and hand-building techniques.
Clay and Prana is the space I'm building for the person who is where I once was: craving stillness, connection and a different way forward.
